What To Expect When Choosing A Custom Home:

Building a custom home, while incredibly exciting, is not a walk in the park. With continued supply chain issues, delays, and fluctuating costs, it can be a difficult time to be a builder—and a client. Our team embrace your vision, your timeline, and, your budget.

Initial Discussion

Once you’ve decided on your builder, you’ll meet for a more in-depth meeting where you’ll discuss your vision, inspiration, and budget.

Select Your Lot

You’ll either choose a lot in a development where your builder currently has availability, or on your own plot of land.

Review Documents

As with purchasing any home, there is a fair amount of paperwork involved. Both parties will sit down and review all documents.

Meet Their Team

Once the process has begun, you’ll meet with your builder’s architect, designer, and project manager throughout the construction process.

Final Steps

You’ll review any warranties, remaining action items, and prepare to move into your new home!
